RETURN TO STORE PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

Your exchanges can be made at the zazette.ca boutique, within 15 days of the date of purchase. Please see below for exceptions.

Please go to the store with the following required items:

  • The original packing slips
  • Articles you want exchange

Terms and conditions:

  • Any merchandise eligible for return must be in its original packaging, must not have been worn, must not have been washed, and price tags must still be attached.
  • A gift card can’t be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • Exchanges only, no refunds

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE EXCHANGE

We ONLY EXCHANGE, NO REFUND on all products purchased online within 15 days of the date of purchase. Exchanges can be done in store. If you can’t go to a store, you must pay the return fees of the items exchanged. A gift card cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.

Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and in its original condition and packaging, with the price tags still attached. Returns are accepted only if the hygienic protection has not been removed on swimwear.

We strongly recommend that you keep your underwear when trying swimsuits until you are sure that size and style are right for you.

PROMOTION: Please note that returning items purchased during a promotion may void the terms and conditions of this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new terms of sale.

Meow Pyjamas reserves the right to refuse any return of merchandise that is not listed above and items that have been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any manner whatsoever. Items received in such condition will be returned to the customer. No credit will be granted and the buyer will have to pay for the return of goods and will waive all claims.

EXCHANGE POLICY ONLY FOR STORE PURCHASES

For hygiene reasons, exchanges are not offered on one-piece swimsuits and swimsuits. Merchandise eligible for an exchange must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and with price tags still attached. Exchanges are accepted only if the hygienic protection has not been removed on the swimsuits. A lost or stolen gift card can’t be refunded or replaced.

Goods purchased in one of our stores must be exchanged in the store.
